About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Like wall of Fame or Wall of Neki .. There should be....."wall of Information'" ..on choraahs of every village and city. Display board should have all the land records and rate of charges for every service and display important complaints of city on this...with status...

Revenue department is so slow in desposal of complaints and act of tehsil and patawar ghar is not apropriate as per todays senario. Patwari are not looking works proffesionally ..such types of complaints should be easy for handling. Every revenue village should have land information displayed on village chok and panchayat dispIay boards... On important place information should be painted on walls.

We should have complaint system for reporting of wastage of natural sources. Over flowing tankers and leakage of pipelines should be reported real time and followed by fines. So that nagetive habits may be decreased. Good habits should be encouraged..

Sir we need online complaint system for every office. It should have three level system. First tak complaint online or offline...for documentation and first response. Second ..time bound reply... Third for appeal and punishment to create delay in solving problem. Every complaint should be followed by punishment as it will give speed to the cause. Give reply,solve it or punishment for delay... It will give priority to problem solving... Regards

Pranams sir. A appreciation mail will be enough for good suggestions sent to MY GOV. Other people are discouraging us that nobody will see your suggestions. Only to show the government and PM are behind the people to hear our grievances and suggestions. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

No beggar in the country should ask for alms and the government should take strict action against them. Our country has progressed As long as the beggar remains there cannot be real development. For this I would like to suggest that beggars from all places should make a list and divide it into categories. 5) Officer should wait for reply from citizen whether his problem is solved or not. based on his citizen reply only ticket should be closed.

I have used existing portal frequently and suggestions are as below, 1) If raised complaint is not related to concerned department, they should forward it to correct department. They should not close request. 2) There should be auto reminder to officer to close request till 1 month and escalation after that. 3) Sometimes resolution comes only that concerned department is notified, which should not get accepted 4) if task is long term then without due date complaint should not get closed.
