About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Sir, The method which you use to develop the country is good. But, the usage of thermal power plant due to which global warming occurs. so please reduce the usage of thermal power plant instead of that other methods can he installed.

waste burning pmji Well you are doing a great job to elevate this country.I want you to do little more job to save this environment.Burning of garbage is burning our lungs and hearts.So please make this a mass movement so that people would listen to you and stop incinerating anything which adds to any kind of pollution and not only this because you made water conservation a mass movement but still people are not aware.I do tried to make aware but that is not so effectual. So make a call to all.

Sir,Mr PM ,my point is that your give is making good policy for people who are on last step but sir what I notice that there is no provision to convey these policy to them,as very large no of people don't even know about policy,for example pm Bina yogna,Ana other pension yojna for all sector's,so make a provision so that all policy could reach to the genuine last person easily,for this you one suggestion is that you can appointment people who will take all policy to them,after that you change.

today I'm use the Swami ayyppa mala. about it . it's is wonderful and amezing because this is not only ayyappa mala this is use of health and heldi and development of pice of mind this is one of the greatest achievement in my life . this is the best Hinduism .but this same dress code use the muslims .ur eating fruits and vegetables but muslims use the non-vegetarian items so muslims also use the ayyppa mala in daili life with women's dress code . i say hinduisam is 100%right in the world tq s

respected modiji sir , iam nagendhar from telangana state , i say my personal experience ideas , 1 .to solve the farmers and comon people daily ware expenses simple use the ration shops to provide all types of comodity s with normal prises like army shops. 2. to reduse the all expenses in without future uses, like gold use the gold bonds . 3.some one has hakinig my entire data please save me my data . iam a Coman man and i m a farmer . tq of all govt app team members jai hindu . jai kisan.

HON PMO RTO Reginal Transport Offices,Road Transport DPG/V/2019/80172 HON Sir Very Embarrassing to Intimate you as RTO in INDIA as a common man we are facing many many issues harassment from RTO offices in India. Most Corrupt and most unethical RTO stand first as to demand BRIBE in CASH like extortions by putting HUMAN BEING ON GUN POINTs just for the sake of MONEY. Embarrassing people in Government who demand BRIBE in CASH will do anything even can kill human being for MONEY CASH
