Unfortunately the suggestion offered or grievances are not properly understood.. May be due to lack of knowledge. Pragmatic approach lacking. Rejection based on without any logic are seen in the replies as and when we get.. Of course it takes lot of time. Further a stereotyped approach is only seen These stand need to change. It is not enough only top person shows enthusiasm and interest. Need to. percolate down to the support staff who executed. Otherwise resources wastage only increases..

Hello Sir, suggest that there should be a proper workflow tool so that a live dash board of grivieances can be made available to the Respected PM/MP at any point in time, also this workflow should serve as a database from which major dent areas can be identified, also a central monitoring team to flag issues as critical --high-medium--low so that the assigned officer can prioritize task assigned to him for the month, and if not resolved should automatically escalate this to next level up till PM

Hello sir, i have some suggestions. Here are them..... 1) Any grievances logged by public should not be closed until the person is satisfied with the solution or action taken by the officer. 2) There should be a proper escalation channel to escalate the matter to higher levels. 3) Classification of grievances should be done properly based on different departments. 4) There should be a help button for each field to describe it. 5) List services covered under this should be mentioned in one place

Pranams sir. CPGRAMS will be very useful for the welfare and development of the country. There is no doubt. PM should ask the MPs to go to people for the solvation of grievances. This will make closure to people and give strength to PMs administration. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.
