About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

For all Financial Translations in place of Nominee details updation make it mandatory fields for Nominee's PAN and Aadhaar details updation and also submission of self attested proofs of or authorised by all account holders. It can be controlled fraud things.

I request you like swachh bharat a people movement road safety should be made a peoples movement right from the school to avoid loss of life in our country. Each politicial in tamilnadu politicise the accident and pour compensation. They are not voicing their concern continuously in the public platform. All media should take it their responsibility to make this issue as their customer social responsibility. Good drivers should be honoured in republic day functions as a good citizen

She lost her leg immediately due to amputation and while on treatment she committed suicide. Last week in coimbatore a young girl stopped her scooty suddenly due ti fall of a political party flag post. She was run over by a lorry and her leg was removed. She just joined in a private firm for ameagre salary as accuntant before the accident and she was also only daughter for her parents and she was the breadwinner of her family. The current amended act has created a sense of fear to the poor

After the amended motor vehicle act is introduced one young girl 22 years IT professional had been killed by a lorry in the day light runover by it while she fell down suddenly due to fall of a flog post planted in the median. She was only daughter and was about to leave Canada for higher studies. After a month another young girl went to purchase a birthday cake to celeberate her mother birthday. A police man stopped her for vehicle checkup. While stopped her scooty a lorry ranover her.

If you really wish to improve system think of using software like PLM. (Simens ) This is widely used by engineer design firms.

OUR DEAR SIR , My suggestion regarding it is that while forwarding written complain to concern department the COMPLAINT NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER must be hidden ,so that the complainer couldn't harsh by any way . it can be done by provision of a separate sheet ( form ) to complainer in which NAME , ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER have to fill instead of writing on application form. It means complain without all details and all details in another hidden sheet and forward the complain only like unknow
