Government increase scrap cost of plastic bottle and bags
1. Should return 2 rupees in return if plastic bottle . Money should be taken from consumer as tax and should be given to poor rag-pickers who collect it from garbage
2.Should give 1 day free milk on return of 30 days of milk bags
3.Should give 1 rupees on return of plastic bag costing 2 rupees to 15 rupees
Indians recycle news paper and metals due without throwing in garbage. Will help poor people to earn money from garbage

I suggest every government department must have its email id along with phone number one there website/internet. Any email sent must get an acknowledgement number for future reference and address the issue. The advantage with email is that it has date and time and if no action is taken it can be further pursued at a higher level.

Start call centres for each department and fix responsibility to officers in the Department. This will enable accountability in decision making and judge the efficiency of the concerned officer based on time taken to resolve the gievance. Posting and transfer of officers based on their performance will improve the quality and performance of each department.

There should be chat bot where when the user type the grievance description, the chat bot should show the similar grievance with the result of that earlier grievance
