public greavenses can be solved by conducting Adalats once in a month where all govt.officials are present at a place like collectorate . public should be given provision to post their complaint through the phone. very fast problems can be solved because all dept.officials , advocates and people present together.Adalat date should be published.

There system should be transparent. When i submit the feedback that i am not satisfied with the answer given. what action is taken on that. The office should be customer oriented and the customer satisfaction should be high. There should be Key performance indication for the owning of the grievance department. There should be SLA(Service level agreement) by defining the priority of the ticket. Some times it take 6 month to get the answer.

There should be relationship officer for one nation one grievances portal which should help me to solve my issue. This portal should be strongly connected with central and state department instead of following with different department separately.

At of now there is less collaboration regarding grievances between central departments and state department. For a common man in a city like Mumbai, we have most of the grievances requirement from state and Muncipal department. For example, My requirement is to the railway disability card. i have to coordinate with Thane Civil Hospital,Central Railway and UDDI department. There should be one nation, one grievances portal to address my problem.

I am a scientist from one of the ICAR institutes. I appreciate a lot, presently the government carrying out. But each scheme or celebration is eating out in our time. like swach bharat abhiyan, the celebration of constitution day. We already have a fund crunch and manpower crunch. Scientific institutions may be restricted some National important day and focus more on days important Scientific days. otherwise, it is a waste of public money
