Grievance cell should have more say of staff. All staff should be invited to a grievance cell meeting to have unbiased judgements and to put up individual grievances directly or resolving on the spot.

Sir, Please see the Uploaded PDF file that contains all the CPGRAMS Grievances where MHRD was supposed to get answers from the NITK Chairman of the Board of Governors & NITK Director regarding malpractices in the Evaluation of answer sheets of students, that causes so much STRESS to students. Anand Pathak's tragic death must be probed by IMPARTIAL INVESTIGATIVE AGENCY as the Local Police is partisan. There are STALKERS in the NITK Senate. CPGRAMS is FECKLESS & simply CLOSES Grievances w/o resol.

Sir, DSEHE/E/2019/06096 is Grievance for which the MHRD Officer asks NITK for Detailed REPLY & POINT BY POINT reply. NITK refuses to give reply. But the CPGRAMS simply CLOSES my Grievance and even says that my Grievance is OLD CASE. Yes, it is OLD CASE because MHRD and NITK Protect Stalkers! When I ask MHRD Officer why he took NO ACTION and why he didn't inform Police that there are Stalkers in NITK Senate and that Anand Pathak's tragic death must be probed, he avoids giving answer & FORWARDS

Sir, When I submitted Grievance to MHRD, the MHRD Officer forwarded the Grievance to the NITK Surathkal and asked for POINT BY POINT reply. When NITK refused to provide POINT BY POINT Reply, the MHRD Officer did not take any action against NITK even though NITK Employee committed crime on an assignment that NITK Administrators gave to the NITK Employee and this assignment was fully funded by taxpayer money and thus NITK had RESPONSIBILITY to VERIFY that the NITK Employee did a Honest Job.

Sir, The MHRD Officers take NO ACTION on CPGRAMS. They simply receive Grievance, and CLOSE it. Then citizen is forced to create new Grievance and the CPGRAMS closes this new Grievance too without Resolution. I submitted nearly TWO HUNDRED GRIEVANCES and I have not got resolution. Even the MHRD CVO took no action despite receiving CVC Complaint No. 134648/2019/vigilance-7. I have written letter (uploaded)to Sri Bhupender Yadav, Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Grievances
