About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

I have been writing on how to improve National Health by educating people on Art of Self Healing that can save Nation billions by spending practically nothing. My other submission is on saving Environment and saving billions by using Hydrogen gas as a bio fuel. I HAVE GIVEN DEMO and proposal to Honorable Union Minister of AYUSH Shri Sripad Naik three times. He promised to people in Goa on 4/10/19 to implement idea. WHEN? After I die. I am 87 yrs.

The National economy depends upon the fuel prices fixed by oil producing countries. Lions Club of ACTION has developed a Hydrogen gas producing kit working on electrolysis principle. The Raisoni College of Engineering cooperated and tested it on standby generator and found out that the fuel consumption went down down by 2 lit per hour by using 1.2 kw electrity. that means saving of Rs.140 by spending Rs.1.2 only. Bigger kit can save up to 40 percent fuel. Demonstration available. No pollution.

माननिय प्रधान मंत्री जी हमारे पास एक सुझाव है जो की केंद्र को करीब करीब 15 से 20 हजार करोड़ का लाभ भी होगा और Croption भी खत्म होगा लेकिन प्रधान मंत्री जी यह सुझाव आप से मिलकर ही करना चाहते है और मुझे ये उम्मीद है की इससे आप की सरहना भी होगी

मैं आरक्षण पर अपना एक राय देना चाहूंगा। नियमानुसार आरक्षण अभी समाप्त हो जाना चाहिए था लेकिन यह एक ऐसा मुद्दा है जो इसे खत्म करेगा वह खुद खत्म हो जाएगा लेकिन इस को कम किया जा सकता है जो ऑलरेडी आरक्षण के थ्रू सरकारी नौकरी प्राप्त कर चुके हैं उनके परिवार उनके बच्चों को आरक्षण नहीं देना चाहिए क्योंकि वह खुद इतने सक्षम हो जाते हैं वह अपने बच्चों को पढ़ा लिखा सकते हैं लेकिन यह क्रम चलता जाता है उनके ही बच्चे आरक्षण का लाभ उठाकर नौकरी प्राप्त कर लेते हैं आरक्षण मिलने वालों को ही दो भागों में बांट देना

सर कुछ दिनो से देख रहा हू कि भारत में सडक निर्माण काफी भ्रष्टाचार होता है .रोकने के लिए प्रभावी कानून बनाना जरुरी है अगर खुद प्रधानमंत्री इसके बारे में देश को संबोधित करे और देश को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त और बेहतरीन सडक बनने का प्रयत्न करे. जनता के लिए बहुत बडा उपहार होगा आज कल हम देख रहे है कि सडक निर्माण मे बहुत बडा कमिशन जाता है अगर ये कमिशन बंद हो और सडक निर्माण बेहतरीन क्वालिटी का हो तो भारत की जनता की परेशानी काफि कम होगी

This is necessary bec each of us lives in and is part of a neighborhood, but we may have very different ideas and residents believe there are many issues that needs to be dealt with and for that we should form committee, to address concerns and make our suburb smart bec all Corporators and MLA are very cooperative
