In Country like India, it’s natural to have Public Grievances. Issue is 1) to have the network to know about diff form of grievances. 2) Classify those grievances (as done in ABC concept of Management) 3) Identifying A Category grievances, which r possible Immediate action, 4) Dev Interaction with public to convey mindset of govt -- attend w.r.t time. So, Creating a Network is must(2 person at every block/Municipal level) with a Digital/Manual Grievance Registering system.Performance Oriented..

Sir,
For streamlining the management of public grievances it is essential for the public grievance to be properly read, understood and then forwarded to the correct authority for implementation. But no. My suggestions on the improvement of management in municipalities and urban bodies actually needed to be implemented by the Ministry of Urban Affairs and Planning. Sadly it was forwarded to one district magistrate who in turn forwarded it to another and another and there it lies buried.

When any citizen of India wants to put grivances on portal so first a fall portal should be easy to handle means there is different sections for different grivances so work will be done fast as should as possible.when any citizen of India leave a post about any of his or her grivances then there should have duration if possible so citizens of India will thoughts that this is the 100% partial way to solve there problems.

Open up a portal in every municipal cities.
Let the public address their grievance. Once they raise the problem open a ticket for it then once after the issue has been resolved close the tickets. And also put a rating for the service

Redress Process flow chart need to be corrected. All redress shall come to Nodal/ Apex office where unique ID is to be provided and forwarded to concerned departments. If it is not pertinent to received department, they must return to Nodal office for further circulation. All further communication including the case closure shall be through Nodal Office

Pranams sir. If any grievance received by CPGRAMS related to Government schemes, they should be directed by a link to the concern department. Departments will take care about the complainant. Because all are higher officials in CPGRAMS with busy schedule. If wrong or fake complaints, the complainant should be warned. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind

Detailed Reason must be made mandatory at least at DPG level disposal-- Mostly, grievance is simply transferred to the same office resulting in DPG disposal without any reasoning by the same official of the same deptt (rather than higher officials for DPG disposal).
Supreme court have cited necessity of detailed reasoning for speaking order to deliver decisions by Quasi-judicial bodies to stop ABUSE OF POWER BY DISHONEST OFFICIALS. THREE SUPREME COURT JUDGMENTS ATTACHED
