About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

1.The logistics cost that is the transportation cost is very prohibitive for exports 2.A 20ft container that can take up to 25 tons from Lagos to JNPT is $ 800 I.e. Rs.56000,whereas to transport 20 tons from Delhi ICD to JNPT is Rs. 90000 3.Agricultural land is very cheap in Nigeria and is very fertile.we can grow whatever India is lacking and export to India.It will be cheaper.

When it comes to build a strong nation the education system is the base . But in the rural area due to lack of strong rules and unaware mass it is impossible to provide facilities to improve themselves. Swachh bharat was a great initiative but not up to the mark in villages and small towns . Like wise every step we take for btr india will just not work until it happened in villages. I think must improve in a separate manner because. Today all are addicted with social media and visualisation. So I want to create a side in which daily there must watch a video and share image and many more but with some of new design. The application telegram is lunched which Create a good revolution to the youngs but it is not maintained as required as a result no one use it. Create an app must in Indian Phone. jay Hind

The first is to create a new Idea to improve the Love towards INDIA because it's easy to say I Love India but some of the people are not that much to create the whole change. So create a process to Merge people to Group as a single unit it will change the whole.

Pranams sir. If we explain about CPGRAMS to the friends and relatives, they are asking about our achievements. If you recognise who are giving valuable suggestions should be awarded by badge with the common identification "MY GOVERNMENT VOLUNTEER" with conditions.
