About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Sir.mera request h hamara ki hamare desh me horahi brastachr ki sankhya bahut hi badgayi h ki hamare sarkari karmachariyon aur anya kitne officer aur kitne political aur kitne governor body curroption ki bahut lat h ki hamare desh me hone wale athba sarkari subidha nhi pahura hi h kitne lakho kadron bachhe berazgari samasya bad rahi h.usike nazar rakhte hue hamare desh me sab ko unka hak nhi mil rahi h aisa Kare ki hamare desh me sabhiko apna hak milna chahiye eh sabka adhikar h.

Today, the compulsions are clearly seen on the faces of those who have to deviate from rate to work for legitimate work. The government has made many schemes for the betterment of the common people but due to rampant corruption people feel disillusioned and cheated. Every state should focus on their roads.I feel really bad to share a road which comes from various city and joins a city which has a World Heritage site the city is non other than Aurangabad from the state Maharashtra.If one want to go to Aurangabad he will never go by road as there is not a single km where we can't see the holes on road. The people in the locality of city Aurangabad has got frustrated by the roads.

आज उन‌आम लोगों के चेहरे पर विवशताएं स्पष्ट देखी जाती हैं जिनको वाजिब काम के लिए भी दर-दर भटकना पड़ता है।सरकार ने आम लोगों के बेहतरी के लिए अनेकों योजनाएं बनायीं पर व्यापत भ्रष्टाचार की वजह से लोग मायूस और ठगे महसूस करते हैं।आखिर वे कहां जायें?वर्तमान पब्लिक ग्रीवांस सिस्टम की सबसे बड़ी कमजोरी है कि जिस व्यवस्था से पीड़ित हो लोग शिकायतें करते हैं जांच उन्हे ही सौपी जा रही है।होना यह था कि जांच किसी ऐसी संस्था से करायी जाय जिसकी भनक कहीं से भी पीड़ा पहुंचाने वाले को न हो।

As many have said, the first step is spread awareness. Short videos can be packaged and uploaded appropriately on youtube or other social media forums. Secondly, on the portal itself there can be a short tutorial video which provides a site tour guide and explains how grievance can be submitted using an example.

Pranams sir. Please make awareness about CPGRAMS to all people. It should be explained face to face, because lot of people don't know about this useful CPGRAMS. As a part of my contribution,I'm explaining to my friends and relatives about CPGRAMS. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.
