It is seen in past 1 and half year that the grievances registered on the CP grams portal do not get resolved within 1 month as was the case earlier. I have 2 grievances registered which have not been answered to even after 1 year of its posting. If it cannot be attended, pl. stop the services so that we do not waste our time and energy following up on your website. Pl don't hood wink public in the name of servies

Dear sir, there is most of the good and wealthy schemes are not to be reached who need it. The poor and village people was more expected to do any good policies and schemes from government.the important reason is the schemes blocked and get to less opportunity to reach common man. So the govt need to aware the improving schemes and projects to small villages people... I am a poor village boy. No transport and signal facilities in my village.. we are need more from govt. Thank you.

Once grievance is lodged, complainant will get an auto SMS with acknowledgment of complaint and an OTP with an alert not to share it unless complaint is resolved. Finally when Govt official contacts the complainant post resolving, if complainant is fully satisfied, will share the OTP. Then only compliant should get closed. If the given turn around time to resolve a compliant exceeds the stipulated time action should be taken against official. This will improve the grievance mechanism.

The Electoral system in our country is so corrupted that it has reached the state that any body having money power can win easily which is a real threat to the democratic system it self. The degree of corruption & percentage of polling varies with Least in loksabha increases with vidhana- sabha and reaches its highest level in local bodies election. Each voter is systematically reached with huge money/Gifts needs to be addressed with law or.. at least to begin with Govt servents.

Dear Sir, The Highest Civilian Award " Bharata Ratna" should be given only for those deserving "LIVE" Personalities & Not for any body who is dead. This sends a positive message and put a break to culture of awarding many many who are above the award itself . Also the awardee with Khel Ratna for sportsmen, Dada saheb palkhe for film field, jnanapeetha for literature etc.. need not be considered unless their contributions are very significant towards social cause to the society & Nation.

We should not count the disposal rate of the cases when we are talking about the performance of CPGRAMS. We should count the redress numbers of cases of grievances. Government is spending crore of rupees for redress of grievances through CPGRAMS but this department's performance is very shameful. If any body goes into deep he will understand the department is doing nothing only referring the cases and disposes off the case. I got experience of this. Govt. should take action or close the dept
