Despite the Prime Minister's efforts, the grievance redressal mechanism is said to be yet not effective since most grievances are either rejected, disposed or closed. The bureaucrats are said to dispose pleas and grievances without resolving or addressing the issue.Though government is taking effective measures to help people some of the bureaucrats in the system do not help in sound performance of these schemes.

To streamline the public grievances online we have to train the relevent departments how to operate the things online so that all problems may be sort out seggregately. It will be more easier rather than giving one department to sort out all problems even though monitoring might be done by the govt of india.

Government is striving hard to bring FDI to india, on other hand Telecom industry is on verge of collapse due to wrong TRAI policy and heavy Spectrem Fee policy. Earlier several Aviation companies have also collapsed on Account of wrong government policy. Please take care about Telecom industry.

Pranams sir. If we make a grievance in state government office, how far they will make solvation. Also fearing that the officials may also irritate the complainant. In Tamil Nadu ,local politicians interfere in all matters. Please implement strict rules to ensure the safety of the complainant. Make strict orders to complete the grievances from CPGRAMS. another example of false report by bureaucracy.see pic since the bureaucrats things nobody is going to take action against them for false report they to give false report. we Meri awaz suno raise many issues but complaint is closed by false report. they do not take signature of complainant. suggestion Time bound signature of complainant must of satisfaction before bureaucrats are allowed to close complaint. it can be taken by OTP like Airtel does or by whatapp

take feedback through customer care phone call because problem shows resolved but on ground problem remains exist and the one who files complain feel cheated. previous complain can be reopen too even if they show resolved, instead of formality, audit of complain should be done from outside agency not by internal committee of organization because if online pendency is zero means 100 percent satisfactorily work think by organization
