Public complaint system is totally failure ? I filed complaints for my BSNL landline phone , it is still not functioning . i have to run pillar and post to file a complain to my banks for unnecessary debit from my banks , It is still Unsolved , . Govt should ask his own govt employees , Are they happily able to get their problem solved ?

Grivence cell should have questionnaire in such a way the possible answer to the problem should come from the individual itself. Then analyzing becomes much easier. Most of the complaints will be similar in nature. This could speed up the process. Also check the number of complaints from a particular dept or state which could give insight of administration
