About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

CPGRAMS का पोर्टल सरकार का एक सबसे अच्छा प्रयास है जिससे लोग अपनी शिकायत सरकार तक इसके माध्यम से कर सकते है इस पर सरकार को की गई शिकायत पर शिकायत का समाधान भी हो जाता है लेकिन हम चाहते है कि इस पर एक फीचर और जोड़ दिया जाय ताकि शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर उस सरकारी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ भी कार्यवाही का भी प्रावधान होना आवश्यक है ताकि ऐसी व्यवस्था बन जाय कि लोगों को शिकायत की जरूरत ही न पड़े

Respected Modi Ji विरोध JNU वाले ही कर सकते है क्या ? अब हम भी विरोध करेंगे, पैसा इनके बाप का नहीं है, हमारा दिया हुआ टैक्स है... और हम सभी उसके हिसाब जरूर लेंगे आखिर क्यों न ले हमसभी के घर के लड़के 20 वर्ष होते ही कोई न कोई कार्य कर सरकार को टैक्स भरते है और jnu में 40 साल के गदहों को फ्री सुविधा देकर देश विरोधी नारे लगवाए जा रहे यानी जिस थाली में खाओ उसी में छेद करो तो हम सभी वो थाली ही छिनने जानते है ये अपील हमसभी की होनी चाहिये राष्ट्रपत

Pranams sir. In CPGRAMS, A separate direct link should be provided for Swach Bharat activities. If anything important about Swach Bharat complaints , the people can register their complaints. Each and every block of the country, Health inspectors have been appointed. They may solve the problems and feedback should be given. People will also happy. Country will also be cleaned. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.

Young india e farji chalan ko delete krwane ke liye 6 6 mahine alg alg city ke parivahan vibhago me ghoomta rhe toh kaisa krega innovation, or jb us young india se bola jata hai ki kuch khayal karo tb toh jaldi kaam ho toh wo innovate india nhi looto india ka sapna dekhega or usi raste aange jaaega, kya aap ke mn me sach me katai vichar nhi aata in sarkari adhikariyo ki wajah se aam janta joote ghis kr mar.
