About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

The complaints raised by the complainant on CPGRAMS Portal should be resolved within 2 days and on in major complaints, within one week resolved. The portal should not be highly disturbance, should more reliable, easier and safer to use for general public.

My Idea is to generate education We should create a good education envioinment in our country. .if the person educated then they take care our ecosystem like example : Offices are packed in glass cabins hence oxygen is reduced, it should be made compulsory to keep plants in the offices to generate oxygen. It will increase employment for malis and will increase plant nursaries. Railway Track sidings are very dirty. we should encourage flower cultivation around tracks.

I request for sale of medicines by medical stores run by government especially drugs which are very expensive like the cancer drugs etc.Health care should be affordable the state should take the responsibility as it is in developed countries.A common man savings are over,if he or his family members become sick.Education should be within reach of every one .Basic food items should be affordable and available in market.The gap between the rich and poor should not so wide as it is seen in India.

1. इस प्रकार की विशेष कार्यक्रम को ग्रामीण स्तर पर करना जरुरी है। 2. राजनीतिक लोग शिकायत करने पर कार्यवाही ब्यवधान उत्पन्न करते हैं। 3. सब के सब मिली भगत हैं ग्रामीण स्तर पर जब पंचायत में किसी विकास कार्य को लेकर आवेदन दिया जाता है तो पास करने वालों को 10% प्रशानिक अधिकारी 10% पास कराने के लिए इंजीनियर को 10%राजनीति जैसे सरपंच/सचिव/विधायक/संसद/इत्यादि को देना पड़ता है उसके बाद ठेकेदारों निकाल लेते हैं तो विकास कार्यों को कैसे सफल हो । 4. कुछ लोग ईमानदारी से कम कराना चाहते हैं तो राजनीति धमकी

My Idea is to generate employment. We should create a Grass Root Revolution in our country. Wherein grass / flower plants plantation to beautify the prominent places. Offices are packed in glass cabins hence oxygen is reduced, it should be made compulsory to keep plants in the offices to generate oxygen. It will increase employment for malis and will increase plant nursaries. Railway Track sidings are very dirty. we should encourage flower cultivation around tracks.

Kindly look into the highly exorbitant cost of cancer medicines. My father is a cancer patient and requires a medicine called Enzalutamide which costs approx Rs.50,000 per month and has to be taken for several years. It is not affordable and moreover since it is oral medication, it does not get reimbursed under medical insurance. Would request you to make such critical medicines affordable to the masses and get it included in medical insurance reimbursement. My policy is with Oriental Insurance
