Formulation and implimention are two important of policy making. Implimentation part require mass participation as ear, hands and eyes of governance to keep check on system responses and resolution of issues whenever it arises. Allocation of expenditure should be vetted locally and community controlled. e.g. Connecting and building local roads could be given to local contractor and maintenance repoting could be given to local community. They could report any anamolies immidiately.

Contribution in nation building by officials need to be acknowledged and publicised. This would put pressure to perform as per image buildup and not as coersive agent of system. They can be given performance badges as per their contribution and should be publically visible to all stakeholders. Similarily active citizen could also be recognised locally who act as catalysis along with system for good governance.Such system could take out imported and vested interest activities from pseudo activist

For good governance in public service sectors like in education in government school, public transportation, government hospital, etc. All struggling due to Missmangment. Current government has adopted many measures to improve quality of services but many of them are not upto it's mark. According to my opinion there is only one concept through the government can improve the quality of public service departments. i. e. All the government servents and politicians must use public sector services

It seems to me that if the 112 India app should have 15 years and above age people to volunteer for kyc because I am 15 years old and I felt very bad when I came to know that only volunteers who are 18 years or older This is why you are requested that 15 years or more should be approved for volunteering, this will give encouragement to the children of the country and pray for further forgiveness. Will get it. You are requested to handle my matter and approve kyc to 15 year or up year old.
