About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

- - - - - page - 2- - - - - - - g. for any scam disclosed. 2. advise: steps should be taken: a. for transperacy in tenders and auctions. b. for better governance. c. to remove the old tribals d. to remove any problem in new implemented policies. these are different points of greviance. generally peoples send to departments or other offices(PMO). like this other to be mentioned on the portal. after we should create some officer of different - - - - continue page-3 - - - -

in this section/portal of this grevence, firstly we have to decide about the nature of greviance recieved by portal and office of pmo & othsr departments. in which, these part are created to know the nature of greviance: - 1. complaint: a. for any Gov. department. b. for any implemented policy. c. for any ministry. d. for old tribals in country. e. for any pending issue of job/work related to department. f. any gazetted officer in department - - - - - continue page-2- - - - - -

The process of Public Greivences Redressal is essential for the country. This help the ordinary citizen to seek solution to his problem effectively. I have used this forum for my problems and the results are quite visible. Similarly all has to partcipitate in Abhyaan for better governance that will improve the ease of of living if all citizens of the country. Hello Sir, Till sometime back CPGRAM was a very effective portal with almost 100% hit rate and time bound complain resolution. But now no concrete solution comes through it. Person coming to CPGRAM generally exhausts all possible avenues and expect that now he will be heard directly by PMO and getting concerned officer's name and contact details for quick processing. But to utter disappointment, CPGRAM gives you same customer care numbers and email id's to deal with, which are of no use.

Respected sir, It's already late, our states are polluted to a great extents.Its time to take huge steps towards environment renovation than any other steps, kindly make an app for the management of activities in different areas and choosing a leader in every areas we go on planting trees and other activities to save the environment, this activities will be held every 1day of a week, schools and colleges should be made involved....etc we need action in this matter.

Modi ji while visiting Canada you promised that properties of NRI's will be protected. I am a NRI currently in Ind My residential plot in Ludhiana, Punjab, has been illegally occupied by someone. My lawyer perhaps made some deal with other party. She did not even inform me when my case got dismissed in default two years ago while I called and emailed her about my case many times. The judge has refused to reactivate one of my two cases regarding the same. I don't know what to do. Plz. Help!

Sir I want to plant trees and make it polybag free zone in my area (Mahuabagh, Patna, Bihar)... For this I need some resourses from government such as land, plants, worker, vehicles for transporting garbage. If its done then I will take the full responsibility of maintainance of all trees without taking any help from government.
