About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

dear sir plz remove plastic bags use anywhere daily use in supermarket lot of ton plastic material whole country defected by plastic my request to govt plz use banana leaf wrap of vegetables fruits items in Vietnama used this concept pls focus this issue and india plastic free nation

A fund under Ministry of Finance shall be created as Research and Development Fund and all Indians(Corporate & Individuals) shall be invited to invest in R&D. This fund shall be utilized for R&D to strengthen priority sector especially Agriculture, Food safety, Education, Space Research, Ayurveda, Siddha Medicines, Defense etc., Income tax benefits should be given to these investors in R&D. Transparency in fund utilization to be revealed by sending report to the investor and in my gov website.

I have send so many Grievances through CPGRAMS pgportal.gov.in but I didn't get any reply from particular Department.

Dear Sir,Online trading of all products affects small traders .So,kindly ban online trading.Moreover, they are selling all products at very lowest rates and their companies are showing only loss P/L Account.How they (online) are running business,we don't know.Is Food Safety & Standards Act of India 2006,Legal metrology Act2009,Packaging of Commodities Rules 2011 are applicable.They are not checked.
