A system of rating the work done/office should be developed i.e. the complainant should have right to provide feedback of the concerned officer with whom he/she dealt. This will improve the accountability of the department and competitiveness to improve and maintain the ratings will make the department work efficiently and harder. A system for otp to close complaint should be there i.e. the concerned office can close the complaint only after the complainant tells the otp, when he is satisfied.
