About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Sir Jan Dhan Yojana is stopped now. but I have to solute you that we have to open account in all govt banks in govt schools for 1st std to 10th std freely. Only Bank of Maharashtra working like this. it will works definitely.

Dear Sir, Today Private Medical Colleges and Universities are taking huge fees (24 Lakh or more per year) for graduate courses like MBBS. Moreover, these colleges are deficiency of Facilities, they even take students who had not cleared NEET exam.How can these doctors do charity? How can middle class student become doctor? Sir, How can be the students who spend crore on MBBS can operate his patents at lower cost.

Today Private Medical Colleges and Universities are taking huge fees (24 Lakh or more per year) for graduate courses like MBBS.Foreign countries like Ukraine, China offers cost at very low budget but it become difficult for students to clear MCI test for membership. Further this fees becomes 10 to 20 times for post- graduate courses. It now become only dream to become doctor. How can be the deficiency of doctors can be eliminated, if there is no control on fee structures of Private colleges?

Dear Sir, Today Private Medical Colleges and Universities are taking huge fees (24 Lakh or more per year) for graduate courses like MBBS. Moreover, these colleges are deficiency of Facilities, they even take students who had not cleared NEET exam. Do you thing these doctors can operate well??The admissions in government colleges are given on contact basis or on corruption (donation). There are less seats in government colleges. There is huge deficiency of government colleges in India.
