About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

We witness daily the mischannelling of govt funds eg DBT under...say PMAY-rural. We are a neutral workforce at the grassroot.Had the so called Niti Ayog and the Gov been little cleverer this workforce could've been doing magics in fixing up the things. Alas!This ayog advises the Gov to privatise.The Gov exhausts us in mindless task of demonetisation.Our salary revision is pending for two years We are PSB bankers.

Under FSSAI ACT 2006 & Packaging Commodities Rules 2011 huge penalty is imposed for small mistakes like printing of words in packing,weights etc.In our country, citizens all are not graduates.Using this ,bribe is wandering heavy. Try to reduce fines & alter laws for common people.

DearSir, Rate of orid dhall gone very high ,try to control it releasing hoarding and not of importing it.Onions rates are gone high but farmers are getting only low profit middleman are enjoying it.If import made it is viewed only in consumer angle and not for the benefit of farmers.Next,Students of IIT are learning here and immediately fly to foreign after completion,citizens tax money got wasted to India.Implement any tax for them who are going to foreign.

Here in India once you noticed a corruption scene.You have to go through many hurdles to register the case and then long litigation process breaks the zeal of the person to pursue the case and corruped person gets bail before case is registered.So there must be no bail for any corrupted person if he is vedioed in 📷.If the person is made scapegoat wittingly then the person who makes the complaint should be made guilty and liable to pay the victim.

हाल के दिनों में दिल्ली एनसीआर में बढ़ते क्लेम को देखते हुए हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस कंपनियां प्रीमियम बढ़ाने पर विचार कर रही हैं. मिल रही जानकारी के मुताबिक कंपनियां राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर 5 फीसदी तक प्रीमियम में बढ़ोतरी कर सकती हैं.

dear sir my suggestion is that please give knowledge about Portal how it will helpful for us there are so many people don't know how it will help us give some advertisement of those people those got benefits from this we can also use of radio FM TV channels.social Media. thanks sir

Gaps in chek and balance system of governance invite corrupt behaviour. People have to important catalyst in chrk and balance system. If entire village know the timing, amount,purpose and work same time as of pradhan they can keep chek on system and report any anamolies for corrective action. Take out delay part and keep remedies as fast and as visible near impact and data center. Post mortem and adustment of data need to be abondoned and real time correction,reporting,visiblity must take place.
