About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Pranams sir. A separate link in CPGRAMS to be started for rural people to register their suggestions for the development of their respective village. A separate link should started to register their opinions to develop the temples available in all over India. Spirituality is the main strength of India. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind

विषय प्लास्टिक पैकेज्ड वस्तुओं के अल्टरनेटिव के सुझाव के संबंध में आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपसे अनुरोध है कि सभी प्लास्टिक पैकिंग में आने वाली ठोस अथवा तरल पदार्थों को एक जैसे ही सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित अलग अलग वजन की परंतु एक आकार वाली एलुमिनम कैन मे ही पैक किया जाए तथा कंपनी अपनी ब्रांडिंग कागज के होलोग्राम वाले स्टीकर द्वारा करें जब सभी कंपनी एक ही तरह के एलुमिनम कैन का प्रयोग करेंगे तो पब्लिक भी ज्यादा मात्रा में होने के कारण उन एलुमिनियम केन को स्टोर कर रीसाइक्लिंग हेतु पुनः बेच सकेगी

Sir We have this wonderful opportunity to get some civic sense and discipline in Indian mindset, which unfortunately is in doldrums, thanks to the previous governments. My request is to ensure implementation of the New Motor vehicle act with proper enforcement. This will have far reaching impact, not just traffic. unfortunately ther opportunity seems to be slipping out of hand as implementation is zero. Thanks and regards

For ur kind information: 1.we should use made in India products 2.The administration should be Frank and to serve our people's user friendly. 3.To remove toll gate amount Indian citizens to travel anywhere in India 4.Dont increase taxes for the people's.. 5.Maybe avoid to collect professional tax within 20,000 monthly salary.

सुरत सीटी के ताप्ती नदी के किनारे से जहाँ से ताप्ती नदी शुरू होती है। जहाँ तक समाप्त होती है। मैट्रो चलानी चाहिए। जिससे लोगों को सुरत सीटी में आने के लिए कम से कम समय लगेगा। सुरत सीटी पर भी ध्यान दे केन्द्र की सरकार बहुत बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी। आप का बहुत बहुत आभार होगा। ये मेरा निजी विचार है। जय श्री राम

Sir, 1- we should give hands to agricultural fields because lots and lots of farmers destroying agricultural lands . 2- by giving standard rate for agricultural products , but also yearly rate should be increased. 3- we have know that there is lot of pollution around us and our planet is getting heated daily , we can plant more tree in the road side ways. 4- we can large number of job opportunities in various fields by eliminating fake official's.

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग रोकने के लिए कठोर कदम उठाना जरूरी है।इसके लिए वृक्षारोपण को बढाना होगा।

As per their remarks the ATR should have sent to us but till yet there is no action from them. Even contact email everything is missing. Then why the public will lodged the complaint on this portal??? It just the name of sheet, total useless. CPGRAMS cannot do anything to resolve the issue. They should be in fixed time bound, should be taken signature from the complainant verifying whether they satisfy or not, should mentioned all the details of the complaint.
