Ippb started with tax payers money and proved upto a level...but ippb having toy governance shaked by dept of posts according to their local appointing authorities....due to which super model setup India post payments bank going in loss...quick decisions and power should be given to India post payments bank administration..parallel competition of same product should not be encouraged in parental organisation automatically it will affect ippb. Or good decision is convert ippb into small fin bank

Dear PM, CPGRAMS would be a better platform to redress the public grievances. At the state level PGRAMS is not up to mark due to the politicians intervention. An independent authority under the supervision of central govt.should be at the state level. The GOI is sanctioning crore of rupees for rural dev. to the panchayats but few are doing good work due to lack of awareness in rural areas. There is no proper check on the panchayati raj institution. At Distt level DPGRAMS would be a solution.
