About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Dear PM, two things are very important. One is a change in the Constitution to deprive all benefits to people having more than two children. The other one is to bring in a change of The Criminal Procedure, Limitation Act and Indian Penal Code. An overhaul of the Laws are required in which I think I may help you and I think I also have the ability to do so. I have written about them and I can send it to you, if you so desire. Britishers created local self government to let people solve matters at lower level and let not attract criticism and problems at central level and this philosophy still exist .Today no issue is local issue every issue has international dimension , so please create central real time complaints redressal systems for day to day issues like water ,sanitation, bad roads ,waste management ,travel and tour and other issues. Which will reduce half burden from government officers .

PM Sir, I am requesting you that those asking Permission to Appointment with PM through CPGRAMS pgportal.gov.in give them chances to meet you because you will get suggestions from them physically on the spot . I am also effected, I have send so many mail as well as letters to PM Office last Four years. But no reply has given to me still today.

Sir I humbly suggest one Challenge to our people of India. #oneweekchallenge Where an individual always travel by walk or cycle or by public transport to reach his Destination...for one week. It might not have large impact. Still it would definitely decrease country's Pollution rate by point%. Jai Hind. Vande Mataram.

Namaste Sir ... As today both Kartarpur corridor been inaugurated and verdict on Ayodhya case been placed so l would suggest that whosoever visits the proposed ram mandir and masjid and donates the money in the donation box a small proportion (say 5%,10% or any other amount) be allocated in the fund to subsidize the $20 fees been charged by Pakistan from Sikh devotee for visit to Kartarpur Sahib. This would be the biggest success of our Nation and gives a sound statement to the world

Regarding Ayodhya Verdict today lot of news channel are showing interviews with diff social, political people which is really not needed today. These things should stop immediately because it’s SC verdict and so no opinion matters but these news/interviews wud disturb peace in the country.
