About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Honorable Sir/Madam ji Nameshkar, I am herewith submitting my humble suggestions with request to please merge ECI (Election Commission of India) to NITI Ayoug (Planning Commission of India administration) since at present the ECI is a autonomous constitutional organization.

Honorable Sir/Madam ji Nameshkar, Kindly add a separate grievances link for Election Commission of India with a facilities citizens to lodge grievances to ECI through https://www.pgportal.gov.in Jai Hind.

CPGRAMS पोर्टल पर शिकायतों का प्रबंधन इस प्रकार से किया जाए कि शिकायत का कम से कम समय में समाधान हो सही समाधान हो किसी को भी गलत सूचना देने या जानकारी देने पर दंड का प्रावधान हो तथा जो भी गलत कार्य करे या जिसके कारण किसी को भी शिकायत करने के लिए बाध्य किया गया है तथा शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर उस सरकारी कर्मचारी के खिलाफ भी कार्यवाही का प्रावधान किया जाय

Honorable Sir/Madam ji Nameshkar, Kindly implement Aadhaar offline e-KYC authentication system for online submission of passport application on the basis of Aadhaar registered name with initials with photo. The copy of my grievance is herewith attached for your kind reference & I humbly request to please introduce & implement Aadhaar paperless offline e-KYC authentication system for those what to share Aadhaar details to the ministry of external affairs Government of India.

Small Entrepreneurs cum Industrialists are complaining that GOI is awarding all Contracts to Big Entrepreneurs like Tata, M&M ,L&T etc and not to the Small Entrepreneurs . Whereas Earlier they were working directly with GOI Undertaking Companies . These Large Industrialists are subletting their Contracts with Small ones . Now these Small ones are in huge Tensions, because Large ones may delay releasing payments to Small Ones . So these Small ones are thinking to wind up their Whole Set up .

Firstly make aware to the students for these all events or idea suggestion on school level or college level, which is introduced to the students by MHRD (AICTE) . So that they will be aware from it. MHRD should organized these types of things on state zone and ferther on national level . So that we will get more entries from students . And there is also a faculty level idea submission in which any person represent the institution and help the government for chasing the problems.
