About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Pranams sir. I am very happy to know that lots of people writing to CPGRAMS. This is a great achievement of PM Modiji's dream for strong and United India. My humble request you to sir, The people who are giving valuable suggestions should be identified and maybe given chance to meet the PM. This is one of the way to get more people involvement. Some of them should be identified and maybe used to get the informations about their area if required. This is for the improvement of country. Jai hind.

Public grievances - Law and order equal for all (judicial reforms), Police reforms - police for protection or suppression?, Grievance redress mechanism in Health ( Hospitals, health insurance, pharma companies), Education (schools, colleges, affiliating agencies, curriculum), Consumption (all want to sell here but quality?, consumer awareness and motivation to stand up) Grievance resolution is more imp than management - information of right forums to raise voice. thnx

To make PG portal more effective&convenient,it should be set up in and made available in all post office, central govt offices as a public window.Further submission of grievances should be free through mee seva. All public enterprises should have this facility.Courts also should invite pubic grievances online by maintaining the portal.All Bank branches should have effective complaint portal.Every dept should have an effective grievance portal to resolve the issues and problems.
