About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Management of Public Grievances platform should be made more accessable to all the citizen by making and creating a campaign around it.

CPGRAMS branch should be in every district of India. Every grievance result should be given and no cases should be disposed off

Air pollution. *Due to the dewali pepoles were blast the carkers the polluted gas mist with fix and mist. *so air was polluted thers late atmospheric preshure the air count moov properly. *the pepole ware count with properly. * due to this air pollution the pepols life was demage. *our grovernment take stop to redus the air pollution. * peoples must use peblic vehliecs. *awoid the sperat vehliecs.

My suggestion is related to monitoring of banks specially when they loan huge amounts and get away with few scapegoat who after 10 years or so go escort free . Main reason being they had no role or influence on decision making process. What we really need is ready panel of experts under government selections from various fields assigned to banking industry common pool. I add here preferably from private sector. These Directors-Monitoring, should be inducted in the project’s initially only.

Management of public grievances: Subject posted may be of individual concern or of national interest. All such matters should be examined by an independent authority of integrity beyound doubt. Often the matter is referred to the agency responsible to set it right but not doing , the reason for the matter to be brought to the attention of PM. I can give specific detailsin wich case the matter was referred to the authority about whose improper functioning was the reason the PM was requested

Its my request to government to please make a site of ides so that ideas of young generation could reach the government directly without any selection so that more and more ideas can be gained by government so that the best ideas could not only get the award but tht ideas should also be implemented in real life by giving a startup to the person who has given the idea not thinking about the age, cast , gender etc of the person i think you will consider my option. thanks have a nice day

In our country there are more pollution because of vehicles so please try to make electric vehicles and try to bring a strict rule on buring of plastic The causes of pollution in the city are Increasing in temperature Melting of ice glaciers in Himalayas

Biogas; Our country being primarily agriculture based and having weather suitable for agriculture through out the year shoud have gone for Biogas. It is not known why it failed. I request that R&D may be done to make Biogas viable for use by the rural poulation. It not only saves fuel but also gives quality fertilizer.
