About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Management of public grievances: Subject posted may be of individual concern or of national interest. All such matters should be examined by an independent authority of integrity beyound doubt. Often the matter is referred to the agency responsible to set it right but not doing , the reason for the matter to be brought to the attention of PM. I can give specific detailsin wich case the matter was referred to the authority about whose improper functioning was the reason the PM was requested

1. Request you to change the concept by inducting AC Seater(semi sleeper) instead of increasing sleeper coach in existing trains. 2. Reducing the number of stoppage in stations for long route trains. and increase the speed of train. That is how the private bus operators are following.

Kindly consider this suggestion. why can't Indian railways run a train from Chennai Central to Coimbatore(AC Seater) & Madurai and return after 10 PM in same routes where the first stop will be after 400 kms. (same model Tejas express) on trail basis. Definitely Railways can make 40% of profit comparing with other trains. Many private bus operators with AC semi sleeper running in this route are earning Rs. 10,000 - 15,000 per trip. the bus travel becomes insecure & unsafe for passengers.

Management is good but technical issues are heavy everyone facing this problem so solve it's super work that is real time government super idea this very feautued forward for public.

1. Drinking eater is the biggest concern in Tamil Nadu. Comparing with neighboring states had constructed more dams and improved ground water level. People are not aware of Rain water harvesting. 2. Amendment in motor vehicle act was not followed properly. nowadays no fines for not using helmets, over speeding. pl implement it strictly.

sir , I am from Kota , Rajasthan . even though the firecrackers have been banned by SC , they are still in use . During Diwali , in Delhi , as I had seen , there were many people who used firecrackers and bought them from Patiala . It happened in Kota too . today also , there are fireworks everywhere . Sir , pls take an action.

does anyone has any idea on how pensions are handled for counselors, MLAs and MPs. Do they enjoy multiple pensions? like when a person completes his term as counselor, his pension starts. Then if he is elected as MLA and completed his term as MLA, his MLA pension starts. So in this case does his counselor pension stops or still continues? If it does continue, then it is waste of tax-payers money due to this faulty policy of the govt. This needs to be revisited and resolved.

CPGRAMS एक ऐसा पोर्टल है जो पब्लिक के अनेक समस्याओं का समाधान करता है इस प्रकार के पोर्टल राज्य सरकारों के भी होने चाहिए और प्रत्येक विभाग को इसके प्रति जवाबदेह बनाना चाहिए ताकि लोग जो भी इस पर शिकायत करें उनकी निष्पक्ष जांच की जाए और जांच उपरांत जो भी दोषी हो उसके खिलाफ भी कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए ताकि सभी सरकारी कर्मचारी गलती करते हुए डरें और पब्लिक की समस्याओं का समाधान तत्परता से करें हमें सभी सरकारी कर्मचारी को पब्लिक के प्रति जवाब दे बनाना होगा और इस पोर्टल को और अधिक व्यवहार में लाना होगा
