About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

idea for how to get sided emergency- .....With the cancellation of their licenses by number plates, at least a fine of Rs 10,000 should be imposed as no one has the right to play with anyone's life. Every emergency vehicle like ambulance, fire brigade, police or any other emergency vehicle should have a front dash bord camera. Gradually people will have a fear, if i do not give side, then action can be taken against me too. For this you can advertise in TV, newspaper and tell people about it.

idea for how to get a sided emergency vehicle- In our country, any emergency vehicle is never given side and people try to drive their vehicle forward. I suggest that every emergency vehicle should have a dash bord camera next to it. When the vehicle will go anywhere in the emergency and will not give any side to that vehicle, then all this will be recorded in that camera and the number plate of the moving vehicle will be visible in that camera & later identifying the owners of such vehicle....

Suggestion to save environment by fit a air purifier into vehicle exhaust pipe- Government can give instructions to the automobile manufacturers to do such experiment and if this experiment is successful, it should be made compulsory for every vehicle, whether it is 2 Wheeler, 3 wheeler, 4 Wheeler or any transport vehicle. It should be in every type of vehicle, this will bring great success in preventing air pollution.

Suggestion to save environment to fit a air purifier into factories fireplace- I suggest that every factory in the country should be fit a air purifier into fireplace , which will cleans the smoke and pulls the carbon and will not going the poisonous gas into the atmosphere and will reduce air pollution. First of all, it can be experimented and after the experiment is successful, it can be implemented in the factories of the entire country. Please pay attention to my suggestion.

Idea for help to poor people- My suggestion is, that every person who is capable, should be help those poor people to 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% of their monthly salary, whatever they want. Likewise millions of poor people can be helped and they can quickly improve their quality of life. There will be less burden on the government and the country will grow fast. If once PM Modi ji mentioned it in his "Mann ki baat" program and spoke to help the people, then it would reach millions of people.

idea for save environment- In every area of the country, every five square kilometer of land 1 to 2 acres or every 5 sq km of 4 corners can put 1 to 2 acres of 4 mini jungle. The government can buy these land from the farmers. When small plants will be planted here, then the entire region can be siege from the stars. If the trees will be big, they can keep an inspector for the mini-jungle, so that no one can bite them when the trees grow. This work should be done together in the entire country.

In private sector job absorption is so high the Employers not gives the minimum wages decided by Government. Pls do something for that .all employees should have any job card like adhar card and Government should watch on it

I have used the cpgrams portal couple of times. In all the occasions, it was like someone was replying for the sake of replying. There was no genuine desire the understand the concern and resolve the issue, preferably by improving the current process. Unless this attitude changes, it is useless.
