About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

My Dear, Modi sir Mai aap apni ek chinta share kar raha huan agar sahi wa right naa ho toh please ignore kar digiye gaa wo chinta rammandir ko lekar hai hame aisa lag raha hai ki india ke hi bahut se log danga karwaane ke phirak me hai so please ess baar danga naa ho paye aisa har ek movement par sidha nazar rakha jaye,Esme sabse bada chalange kuch GADDAR MEDIA WALO SE HAI agar in media walo ke uppar Khass nazar rakha jaye toh kaam aashan ho jayega .

CPGRAMS is an excellent platform through which people / citizens are allowed to reach at hon'ble P.M.'s door step with prayer/Grievance. It should be , must be honoured / respected by all properly. With best regards. Tushar Kanti Bose.

Nice step but no proper resolution. I have filed a grievance and it's been more than 20 days but there has been no action taken. a timeline should be fixed to at least respond to the grievance. once acknowledge, fix timeline should be given to resolve the issue considering the problem on hand as all problems cannot be fixed in short time.

I have posted on CPGRAMS Portal a number of times on the same subject. Only on the first occasion in August 2017 was it forwarded to the proper authorities. The concerned authority, Principal Secretary (Tourism), Government of Gujarat was directed to reply to me. Till today I have not received a reply. I have been following up this matter with Government of Gujarat for 13 years, but it has still not been resolved. Posts on CPGRAMS Portal get bureaucratic replies; grievances are not redressed.

Sir government Institutions get funds from various sources but still its sad and frustrating to know that faculties and students don't get the reimbursement or refund for the registration fees for publication of paper in National or Internal Journals. An small amount can still be affordable by faculties and students, but In good Scopus Index journal, Professional society Journals where amount is very large, there also reimbursement is not given. Not everyone can afford to go attend conferences.
