About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

As there is a fine on talking on phone while driving a vehicle. Similarly there must be a fine for pedestrian on talking on phone or while crossing the road. this will save many people's life.

What ever Grievances shared by public through CPGRAMS Portal that results should be given through text messages. But we are not getting. Please see the matter.

Dear Prime Minister More than 2.5 years have passed and the Chief Minister of UP has just ruined. No good rods and Law and order well known to you.Secondly employment zero.Kindly ntervene and stop UP to get totally ruined.

I think the reason why India is laying behind in the field of employment is just due to the markial system that is the ability of the child is judged by the marks he or she gets. If we stop this we can get a lot of skillful people. This is the strategy US use and thus they are super power

After Grivence Registration, every day action is to be made mandatory and the same should be shared with the person having grievances by Text Message.
