The portal need to be popularlize on large scale. The common masses have a belief that Govt. is creating a portal looking into large prospective of benefiting Public Grievences but the implementing agencies work hard to dismantle the system by making excuses in terms on inquiries. A strong and stringent mechanism should be put in place wherein the grievences is to be handled in a maximum of 7 days and any failure may lead to stringent action against any indiscipline in handling.

Definitely missing is customer satisfaction feedback. Many times we get just standard answers and not proper solution of grievances.

4. If suggestion noted then what is next ,must be informed to the individual. 5.I wrote about food grain storrage in 2014, the food ministry took lot of details from me, ultimately copied to PMO also till date no feedback. If people in PMO behaves this way simply complement way it spoils name n tarnish immage of PMO. 6.The report displayed on pg portal number of grivances received n numbers disposed, why so many large n0.are disposed , some task master needs to be appointed.

Demonetisation would have been more successful had the corrupt bank officials not joined hands with corrupt poltiticians...we should have a system in banks wherein Everytime a cash box is opened it should be registered....who opened it...all transactions should be recorded on the system digitally....some system to know that notes are being replaced.I think all checks n balances ... inspections should be done using more digital mechanisms to reduce human biased interventions....

Some more suggestions to improve functioning of pgportal: 1.first of all change heading title n separate suggestions n grivance in different head. At present even if we select feedback n suggestion it categorised as grievannce which is wrong. 2.Due to the above error the officer who reads without proper understanding replies this is not grivance, file disposed, case closed. 3.Placement of proper officer who can understand the subject and it's intrecacy technicality . 3. When the suggestion

Please identify and list services that can be provided at the door step of the person having a grievance. And let us start providing such services at home of the person who has a grievance. Please introduce a Satisfaction monitoring system through NPS (Net Promoter Score). Along with SLA, NPS for each department should be put on the dashboard - WTD, MTD, QTD and YTD.

1. For every grievance received, the portal should commit a closure date/time. 1b. For which, we must create an SLA (Service Level Agreement) for each kind of grievance. 2. Add a dashboard that provides details of how much SLA was achieved for a week, month, quarter and YTD... that is, %age of grievances closed in time. This will ensure that the grievances cell and the various government departments are held accountable for their delivery and there will be healthy competition
