Respected Sir,
Long back I had written about abolishing interviews for govt jobs. Respected PM was kind enough to stop interviews for non officer posts. I wish to bring one incidence, to the notice. In Civil services exam 2017, candidate with highest marks in written 974 got only 146 in interview and final 5th rank. Whereas person with 828 marks in written got 210 for interview and reached rank 210. This was news in Kerala for some reasons. I humbly request Respected PM to give us solution

6.Mention on website ,the list of information needed before filing complaint.
Eg-Information about parties involved .
7.Complaint submissions modes could be-Online,Post,Fax,email,hotline ....Also mention turn around time for each mode.
8.on the website, there should be a status progress section which could inform the User about his complaint status with a message.

Sir,
1.Categorize the grievances into two high levels.
2.Put subcategories eg-anti competitive agreement, abuse of dominant positions, mergers and acquisition that lessen competition etc
3..For all subcategories mentioned above-provide a hyperlinked complaints workflow to the User (in the website)
4.Mention the list of actions that fall out of the scope of the department so that user is educated about it on the website itself.
5.Redirect matters related to individual sectors using hyperlinks

Respected Modi Sahib ji, One reason for mounting NPA in public sector banks is that borrowers are aware that Bank will file suit for recovery and case will be decided in 6 to 8 years. Kindly set up exclusive courts for banks' recovery and appoint at least 10000 new Judges for the purpose. NPA will be sharply down and govt need not infuse additional capital after that. This way employment will increase & govt can use capitilisation funds for other social welfare measures.

Dear Sir,
To maintain environmental sustainability and remedy the air pollution issues,
1. Automotive companies to release only hybrid cars in all the models
2. May invent additional optional kit to make all the existing vehicles hybrid
3. Promote selling of more electric cars
3. More charging stations in public places and highways, which will increase the confidence of people to buy electric cars
4. Planting more trees as much as possible including roof gardening
