About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Gujarat high court has order to protect land taken from poor farmers but government has not taken any action.because durring congress rule in Gujarat ,congress supported to construct more and more zopadpatti but our government should vacate that zopadpati and give money to orizinal farmers or don't deduct 40% land in TP and in VUDA.any government comes farmers are cheated and taken land without money but no benafits given to farmers.

Farmer of Gujarat are very unhappy because government deducts 40% land without money that land sold by vmss with higher price,VMSS officers and politician make money.No money to farmers,No job to farmers son daughter in government.Government took land under uLC act but not protected that land.In Noida government gives money three times of Jantri but in TP farmers get zero money.please girect Gujarat government to pay money 50% of sale price and job to farmers son and daughter in government.

Hello sir..I am working in Nehru Yuva kender as a volunteer.i have seen some issue in many field like education, pregnant women, pregnant women deliveric and polithin bags.in education field many school have 5ya 8 standard approved but these school study 12 class student also and fees for 12th class also high.in polithin bags,people use polithin bags also at time ..

Govt has very cordially given bail out package for realty sector . But non payment to executing agencies by builders is the reason of debacle . When the person working on ground does not get his payments fir the work done by him it is disaster for a project as a whole . The same situation is for govt projects like AIIMS , IITS etc. the works are awarded on composite basis but the principal contractor does not pay to subcontractor inspite of the fact that govt pays him in time .thus disaster

सादर नमस्ते श्रीमान, हम सभी जानते हैं कि आप अपने कार्यों जिम्मेदारियो को लेकर जागरूक है और उसके लिए नए नियमो को सख़्ती से लागू भी आप करा रहे हो। लेकिन सच्चाई ये है कि आज भी आम जनता को सुकून नही मिल पा रहा है ।आपसे विनती करता हूं कि किसी भी योजना को क्रियान्वयन के बाद उसके छोटे पहलुओ को जरूर देखा जाए कि योजना का कितने प्रतिशत जरूरतमंद के पास पहुचा। दूसरे योजना की जानकारी आम आदमी तक जरूर पहुंचनी चाहिए। अच्छी सड़के या बड़े बड़े मॉल गरीब का पेट नही भर सकते। उसके लिए उसे काम और काम का सही मेहनताना मिले
