About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

it's okay, but need some what's app number to make compliant all over India. it's useful and it send message to respective departments quickly. Jai Hind. i know privacy issue are here. but the common what's app number serves better, just had a try. Any one can ask help, report all crimes with evidence. and many things through pdf , videos, audios etc.

The Honorable Prime Minister is requested that before the recruitment of Police, Army, Forests etc., physical examination of the body should be done before the examination form. Also free of charge, so that those who are qualified for the job will get the job. And if the children of poor people who do not pass in the physical, their examination form money will be saved

this procedure is just like a app and most of the points are just selected .final one line for details.mobile and identity of person should be there also confirm via OTP as like for submitting req OTP by this fake complaint minimize.issue complain no with to phone no of person or department who will solve their complaints.one team who monitor all complaint that is clear or pending.

This is regarding the pulling up of the chief sectaries of Punjab ,Haryana & Delhi for their inactions in the matter ofpaddy stubble burning by the Supreme Court N taking cognance of the same by PMO also when air Pollution as a result thereof became extremely dangerous to Even breath by the citizens of Delhi ! All this speaks of Our Careless N Passive Bureaucracy all our the Country which has become irresponsive to the hardships faced by the Masses collectively NEED to be held accountableto make

All at Present PMO is without ACTION. PMO is not doing ACTION on Ground Reality. moreover All Illiterate MP, MLA, CORPORATORS TAke Free of COST SALARY, NOT A SINGLE DAY WORK, FREE FUND SALARY. PMO should Take ACTION against ALL Complaints without doing delay. or COMMON MAN OF INDIA will STOP PAY TAXES henceforth. PMO next to STOP BLACK MONEY CASH BRIBE BLACK PROPERTY and BLACK GOLD MONEY TRANSACTIONS at PMO, STATE GOVT. GOVERNMENT Should do ALL DIGITAL MODULE and STOP MANUAL SYSTEM of CPGRAMS

1) wastage and carbage factory ! carbage factory which manufacturing electric energy and water , recycle plastic products , bricks . 2)Organic agriculture . teach regional farmers and agro firms permaculture system .. renewal energy system 3) strict traffic rules and regulation 4) government must have their own IT DEPARTMENT FOR DEVELOP WEBSITES AND CITIZENS CAN REGISTER THEIR DOCUMENTS & RENEWAL DOCUMENTS & REGISTER COMPANY AND ONLINE COURT FOR SOLVE CIVIL CASE

आप के इस system पर आम आदमी को बहुत भरोसा है लेकिन आपके डिपार्टमेंट/मिनिस्ट्री/subordinate office के अधिकारी में कोई डर भय नहीं है इस सिस्टम से और वे सिर्फ एक जबाब देकर case dissposed off कर देते हैं और implementation करना है या नहीं इस बात का समाधान तो होता ही नहीं है ।under process /under prepration /report awaited जैसी sentence लिख कर pesident सचिवालय/Pmo/pg portal/PGRAMS सभी को भेज दिया जाता है और case dissposed off । और फिर से जाकर हमें दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ता है साल भर बाद भी कोई आदेश लागू नहीं
