About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

I always thought what if the government sets up public grievances offices in each city. People can address there grievances at government offices and if they arent heard or sorted, they can appoach these offices setup by government, who will look into the matter and will compulsorily respond with 45 days. If they dont the pupil has the right to visit the state administrative authority such as CM. This would make the lower offices more effective and public can lead a secure life.

Sir could you please do something for educated youths . I am B.tech . But my govt does not have any job for me . I need to work for US and have to earn my livelihood . My country is not able to take benefit from my skills.

Sir my suggestion : 1. Yh ki india ki public ko koi bhi chij free me mat do jaise Bijli, Pani, anything. Kewal iIlaj or education ke alawa. 2. Ghar ka pani sadak par na nikale ya uske liye sadak khode. Prasasan es par nigah rakhe. Tnx & Regards Umesh sharma 9319352902.

Sir, the purpose of starting pgportal was very good, I have written on many subjects related to women empowerment, technologies education, on exports, skill developments, women health workers , research n developments, post polio syndrome n many more . One officer namely Mr. Ambuj Sharma,without understanding the subject the matter simply closes the file, file disposed, or even directing some matter like health workers to state govt.n the state govt. Under secretary replies it is not grievance,

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,भ्रस्टाचार से तमाम जनता त्रस्त है और उसे इससे कोई मतलब नहीं है कि किस सरकार ने,किस राजनेता ने,किस अधिकारी ने कितने हजार करोड़ रुपये का भ्रष्टाचार किया है,उसे तो इससे मतलब ह की वह जब किसी भी दफ्तर मे किसी भी काम के लिए जाता है तो उसका काम बिना रिश्वत के नही होता है ।जज साहब के सामने ही उनका पेशकार तारीख़ लगाने के लिये रिश्वत लेता है और जज साहब उसे अनदेखा कर दिया करते है ।दफ्तरों का ये भ्रस्टाचार यदि बन्द हो जाए तो आम जनता को बहुत राहत मिलेगी।

श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी। प्रधानमंत्री, भारत सरकार। मैं सनत कुमार वाजपेयी एक अध्यापक हु। मेरे दादा जी, श्री गंगा सागर वाजपेयी जी एक स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे। उन जैसे करोड़ो ने अपना सब कुछ देश के लिए छोड़ दिया। फिर भी भारत की वर्तमान स्थिति दयनीय है।हाल ही में हुई , दिल्ली की वकीलो और पुलिस की जंग देखते हुए लगता है ,की दुनिया का सबसे मजबूत लोकतंत्र भी यहाँ सबसे कमजोर है।प्रधानमंत्री जी,आप इस देश मे सही को सही ,और गलत को गलत भी नही कह सकते।क्योकि सबको यहाँ अपनी गद्दी या कुर्सी का भय है। भारत मे हर दिन
