About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Sir what reward I had got after submitted my grievence in Jansunwai portal & pg grievence (CPGRAMS)pls see the answer that is attached my complaint was regarding one JE of gzb nagar nigam swathya vibhag & one dubang person had thrown 200 trucks of garbage & rubble in green belt by cutting so many trees & no such order had been given by the gzb nagar nigam or top officals if a person is raising voice common & basic right like swachhata is our right so this is the reward, garbage is still there

5. Pricing support for farmers produce and mandi related govt. agencies should be resolved asap. Any delay will undermine prices and private player woyld squeeze them to bare basics. Agri related all support system issues should be attended wihin season. Payment by sugar mills are worst culprit. Any grievance system should resolve it on earlier basis. Flag it, colour code it and resolve it. Any delay would compromise their livelihood efforts.

why don't the government try to make new things so the people can earn nice money we are full of nature's gift instead of importing the things and educate farmers to cultivate product such as marijuana or other drugs so they can get money because in this time the farmer can make money on drugs not on crops #Haryana

4. Grievances related to Widow pension, scholorship, pension , Govt. fecilitated tubectomy/vasectomy facilities, Free Gas related, Swacchata abhiyan related issues, and crop insurance related matter could be colour coded for understanding and fast delivery of attended solutions. These matter to common people in everyday life. Getting response faster would increase believablity and trust on governance.

If we are facing the issues of ground water depletion then why can't our government make such a metalled road in which in middle road is made of soil and in side made of metalled road. Three lines should be in metalled road first line made of charcoal second line is made of soil and third line again charcoal.

why in India ,indian culture is not taught to our children in there schools Bhagavat Geeta our culture traditional things. teacher s r teaching stories of angles then why not narada muni lord Ram Lord krishna.why not they r thought ancient science which our Rishi's have developed by their sadhana.?can u pl. change this ? I bet you if it happens those children will change India . whatever mess Britishers has done will wash away pl. pl. do think on it it's a request from a parent.

sikayat ki jay. sir hum user hai jo sarkar ki sewa use kerte hai. aaj ka youth friendly mahol chahta hai sarkary dafter main. ak asha portal main system hona chahie jahan hum per lagne wali panalty aur us panalty se bachne ka rasta aasani se mil jay. riswat kafi had tak band ho jaygi.
