About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

ab portal main kya kya hona chahie.pura ka pura law aasan basha main chahe wats aap dwara. usmain wo complain na puche. hum khe ager kisi ke saath ashaho tho kya panalty hai kya ilaj hai. fir wo jwab de. fir hum sikayat kre. 70 percent log islie sikayat nhi kerte kyunki wo sure nhi hai ki iske baad lafda hmare khilaf na ho jay. ab jab maine meter lagwaya khule pashe mange jab main r2 barwana bhul gya saaf pashe mange. aakhri main banda de deta hai kyuki na tho asha platfarm hai jahan next page

2. sir portal main ager hum complain kre tho hme wo apser harm na ker ske.hum dar jaate hai. 3. public kuch asha system chahti hai jasha private company main hota hai hme dar nhi lagta sikayat se. yaha lagta hai. 4. agar koi sikayat kerta hai tho wo 3 chije chahta hai. a. use harm na ho b. uska kaam uske baad ban jay. c. ager apser khta hai ki ager riswat na di tho jyada panalty hai wo phle sure hona chahe ga panalty kitni hai kya jyada ya kam aur kam kashe ki jay fir sikayat krega.

dear sir, sabse phle me portal ka idea dene se phle kuch problem btana chahta hun. jab koi apser pashe riswat mangta hai wo is trah se baat design kerta hai ki galti hme apni lagti hai ya fir wo itni badi panalti btata hai ki ager riswat na di tho meri panalti bad jaygi. sir phle tho portal main kuch customer care ya watsapp type jisse ager apser hum se riswat mange tho hm freely friendly baat kerke solution puch ske. ager apser hmari galti btata hai hum drege complain kerte hue

Regarding a grievance on PAN card Name format: The name format of most people belonging to South India has initials at the beginning or at the end of their name(Say, Ravi R, R Ravi). But the income tax portal doesn't accept this format which leads to a lot of trouble in inking aAdhaar, Provident Fund accounts, ITR and so on. What is the purpose of changing the name of a person just for the sake of pan card? The rules has to be revised under this. Initials should be accepted as it is. Please.

Futurebof automobile in India We know that fossil fuels are under depletion and we are mobing towards electric era bybthe introduction of EV 's. Our Government can have a really profitable and long lasting system to meet the requirements of Ev's in future and my idea is as follows. please see the attachment
