About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Failure of Cashless transactions mission. Government is promoting cashless transaction but why we are being charged for transactions with debit/credit card at Petro bunk?. I am being charged 11.50 INR at Bharat Petroleum bunks and 3 INR at Shell Petrol bunk.

Sir, Reforms in various religions are over due to meet the new challenges and economic constraints especially the elaborate and expensive rituals like on death, wedding etc....let a standing group with top representatives of all religions be formed by the Govt and this group to seek suggestions..review and discuss and issue reforms for the benefit of all....this group formation will not only give platform but also legitimacy to such reforms...Regards

पुरे देश में प्रदूषण की समस्या है. दिल्ली और अन्य शहरो में भी पराली जलाने की वजह से बहुत प्रदूषण है. पराली को गोबर के साथ (पूरी पराली को गोबर के साथ मिनके जैसे झाढ़ू बांधते है उस तरह से लट्ठा बना दिए जाये. और उन लट्ठो को ईंधन के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाये. गोवर भी वेस्ट है और परली भी. किसान को दोनों से आमदनी होगी. पेड़ भी बचेंगे, क्युकी ईंधन के लिए पेड़ नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे. मांग बनाने के लिए सर्कार इसका इस्तेमाल इंडस्ट्री में करने हेतु कुछ नियम बना सकती है

kindly ensure timely disposal of Public Grievances and the reply to the petitioner must be more clear. Ensure the concern ministery to appoint nodal officer for disposal of the grievances received through this portal. Ask each and every ministery and subordinate offices of the Central and State Government must prepare and update and publish their Citizen Charter in the CPGRAMS Portal it may be more useful the public to know about ministery and services provided by them.

1% OF EVERY PYT GO TO YOUR PAN A/C FOR PENSION ? What IF : Every pyt you make to anyone, even retailer, Plumber AS AN INDIVIDUAL (NOT Business) = 1% of the same should go to your PAN A/C TOWARDS PENSION FUND (to be opened and kept separately).. Govt will use this e.g. If I pay Rs 1 lac pm * 12 Months*50 Years *1% incentive & Interest from GOVT to Pension Fund = Rs. 12 lacs *1%*50 years * interest @10 p.a. = RS. 15,30,000 IN MY GOVT PENSION A/C..... Pension through Earnings...
