About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

🇮🇳🙏जय हिन्द भारत माता के भक्तो 🌷🌳 अपने बच्चो के भविष्य उज्जवल वनाने में सहायक वने एक पेड़ 🌳अवश्य लगाए दोस्तो 🙏 पटना में बार्ड पार्षदो के द्वारा लगाए गए वोरींग से अत्यधिक पानी और विजली की बरवादी रोकने का इन्तजाम किया जाए🙏 देश में फैले भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने के लिए #CCTV कैमरे सभी सरकारी संस्थानो में लगाए जाए बिषेश कर थानों में अत्याधिक आवश्यक है🙏 गरीबो को अपराधी बनाने की प्रक्रिया यही से शुरु होता है। गरीबो की FIR भी दर्ज नही किए जाते विना किसी चढावे ( घुस) 🙏 समाज से आराजक्ता दुर हो🙏

Cpgram जो कि जनतकिशिकायत दूर करने का एक सरकारी मंच है उसको अधिक से अधिक जानता कि सेवा में समर्पित करने का एक तरीका है उसके केंद्र हरजिले की तहसील में केंड खोले जाए और हर सरकारी विभग एक स्वतंत्र व्यक्ति नियुक्त जो उस विभाग और जनता के बीच सेतु का काम करे और आम जनता जनता की समस्याएं का समाधान शीघ्र अति शीघ्र हो सके

dear sir, those who called as social worker or law maker or private people are harassing all government officers in all department. simply he just asking details officials and work details in his tenure in right to information act, ( RTI) simply he call the officials ask to do some illegal work, if officer deny to do so, he make complaint against them in government level, again he only settled the issue with some money or work ( even no fault in his side) any legal action is there, thank you
