About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Pranams sir. CPGRAMS should should reach all types of people in the country. During PM's Maan ki baat program, a time slot maybe allotted for the solved major grievances announcement. This will help the people to trust the government. PM will get additional energy with people's support. Bharat Mata ki jai.

What reward I had received after submitting grievance on n Jansunwai portal & p g portal (CPGRAMS) that JE of GZB nagar nigam swathya vibhag & one dabangg person had intentionally thrown 200trucks garbage & rubble,just 80 feets away from my house & that is in green belt area, without the permission of GZB nagar nigam order, but no results came from our grievance in Jansunwai portal or p g portal (CPGRAMS). Still school small childer & students are suffering with the smell of garbage bin,

dear sir, subject: water scam people built House's in small town for earning rental income,but rain water allowed to go drain instant of saving rain water, they water tanker at RS/= 500 to 600 but by adapting illegal meter they earn RS/= 2000 to 3000 per tanker which is not shown In rental agreement. what action against these peoples. thank you,

Sir there has to be some way wherein people who go in for inspections are held responsible for their reports...we cud use technology ...drones to take pics of properties which are sent on spot to come central record room...so many cases in courts are b'coz of people encroaching on govt /neighbours land/flouting construction norms.another is food inspectors doing a shoddy job...so much adulteration

Respected Sir...please make all govt depts to prepare digital records of their land bank...so many officials are selling govt lands ...renting out govt lands for personal gains....even govt depts are paying rentals for houses which are no longer occupied by their officials b'coz it is govt money no one is bothered to correct this anamoly...influencial people eat up govt lands adjoining their properties n concerned tehsildar /ME in municipal corporation s give false reports

Please Sir bring about a law to fix responsibility on hooligans who burn/destroy public property in the name of protest... everyone be it lawyers, political parties,they simply ransack public property ...burn buses without realizing how much each bus costs to the exchequer...this money is hard earned money of the common man. Their liability has to be fixed and they should be made to pay the amount without fail and that too immediately ...nobody should be allowed to get away

There Should be Close Loop system Design , which is not there Escalation matrix need to made available Even Contact Email id also not available I have applied for Certificate on Aaple sarkar on 8 Aug , till date i have received
