1.In every state/district we have to develop a redressal center for every problem arises by the people.
2.Apart from web technologies, we have to consider the people like farmers, tribes, and people living in slum areas, they are also having somany problems in their daily life. So we have to implement an offline basis redressal mechanisms in every places.

As part of CPGRAMS,we have to develop the following procedures,
1. Take every actions on Turn Around Time(TAT) basis.
2. Priorities each process according to the importance.
3. Develop a two way communication process by means of message alert system-mail alert system, etc.
4. Open a redressal mechanism in every department by the use of latest technology.
5. Even if any issues related to legal, we have to implement fast and efficient system is need to be developed.

Pranams sir. People's Health is the main responsibility of a good Government. Good Treatment should reach the all kinds people. So, that expecting PM's announcement that corporate hospitals should treat free 15 percent of poor people with eligible income certificate. Government hospitals should be modernized by collecting affordable charges and PM's innovative Jan aushadhi medical shops should be started in Government hospitals instead of free medicine. Bharat Mata ki jai. Jai hind.

Dear Sir ,
I have written few Grievances ,with that experience i am sharing my ideas for Improvement .
1.Awareness :
We need to create awarness about this platform in the Schools ,Colleges and Offices to make use of this platform as how shouls it be used ,When should we use etc... ( If possible create a video in different languages ,through Maan Ki Baat etc...
2. When ever i register a grievance , i dont get specific date as how many days will it take to solve the issue ?

Pranams sir. Honourable PM constructed strong basement for country people's Health by Swach Bharat. Another important law should be framed to prevent Corporate hospitals growth. The charges should be limited in corporate hospitals with a ceiling. If any complaint received by CPGRAMS,it should be given top priority. Poor people are suffering due to heavy charges and they are paying by selling their property or by loans. This should be eliminated in our People's PM Modiji's Government. Jai hind.
