About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

The environment is getting worse .. AIR POLLUTION, WATER POLLUTION! Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change should make effective campaign online and offline to bring change in the mindset of people

credit ratings agency did not do their task properly so their license should also be taken away with them not getting license for doing ratings . As for care ratings his MD was accused of getting favours from DHFL for givving AAA ratings. Who will public trust. Mr. Prime Minister I am also from Vadnagar and nephew of your Teacher GordhanBhai Patel. Pls arrest the three promoters of DHFl and Care ratings MD and get the public confidence back . If in due course of business they lose public money innocently if the business fails then its ok for the promoters not to be punished but if they siphhon off the money then they should be immediately arrested and put to task to recover the public money. I have lost money of my sister and mother in DHFl Bonds and even though it was AAA it was the siphoning of money by promoters. Pls arrest them and put them in Jail without bail.

Indian Railways must take initiative to plant at least 20 Crores Saplings of Fruit cum Timber Trees in their unused Lands all over India . 2 . Along both sides of each and every River of India, Government of India as well as the State Govts must plant Saplings of Fruit cum Timber Trees as much as possible .

I have lost confidence in Indian finance System as the credit ratings agency has indulge in corruption and provided AAA ratings to companies like DHFl who has sipphoned crores of hard earned money of small investors. Pls make a law where is any promoter accused and proved for siphoning of public money should get life imprisonment without bail and all his assests should be sold and remanded to get back undisclosed assets retrospectively.

Hi,The issue now faced by india of exporting more,why India can't manufacture in village?The resources in village is lot!But no presence of industries,large dairy farms,no proper skills,to develop nation,1st develop root as village.Today, unemployment is surged,people have potential but don't have platform,gram panchayat never pay attention on that matter.Why people want to be ward member-they will get crores of money.There is rotted education system,my appeal to focus o n these issues.

Hey,I live in goregaon ,dist. Gondia.The nagar panchayat members only gives their promise during voting time.I else see no other improvement in my village except swachhta .As being a young student,I expect to have libraries which may keep competitive books,there is formation of one mandir in one colony then why can't be formation of one library in one colony?why research labs can't be established?why education clubs,sports clubs,democratic clubs be formed.I need to implement,we need to implement

I see a very common issue every morning when I go to drop my children to the bus pick up point. People behind the bus see that school children are being picked up still they keep honking.can we do something about unnecessary honking, can we appoint local volunteers for such issues, who can tackle such situation very intelligently instead of getting into a row with the public. I know initially it will be difficult, but can we try,do you think it's log
