About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Concerned Department Should Study The Seriousness of complaint and According to That A Deadline Should be fixed. Complaintant should be informed About every Little step Taken towards His complain through SMS And A helpline number Must be provided If no step Gets Taken within Timeline

all the roadside shop keepers , provisional shops etc should register their shop to the government.. and app for the consumers to know the standard value for the product they buy in a market fixed by government.... so that 1-public can complain through app if product is over priced , adulterants added or not 2- the shop owners will pay their tax by registering. 3-gov should frequently inspect all the shops for their products level too...

Make a app that is easy to use for public to make their complaints, make sure that the complaints are resolved within a week , so that they believe in government and come forward against bribery, corruption even if it is government officials.... all culprits before going to jail for their punishment should clean , any old ponds, plant trees , clean garbages , paint the street walls regarding traffic safety, environment discipline, health care etc
