1.Each street should have and keep the Garbage collection bucket. so public won't misuse and throws garbage anywhere. next day BBMP should clean the garbage from each street. public can utilize more and to keep Garbage in street common area. we can maintain the city clean. 2.Each area should have common toilet facilities and maintain by the government itself without charging any additional fees.

there should be a different but parallel portal to examine the complaint and put the solution before and also the responsible person who is in the way of solution before other official and after getting solution there should be taken feedback from the complainant.

Respected Sir, As we know that many of us go to a foreign tour for vacation in case there someone met with an accident then we don't know the helpline or emergency call in abroad even after the foreigners came to India and they met with an accident then they don't know our emergency calls so,In UN they must talk about this and make one particular number for all the people on earth by this the people who are wishing to tour and they want some help then the UN can give.

respected Prime Minister sir , complainers argument is the most important thing in this matter finally decision make through the satisfaction . कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि शिकायतकर्ता को ही समाधान से संतुष्ट होना चाहिए ।

Since past decade number of people relocating to City increased . Main reason for the same is employment. It is also true that they don't want to leave their native and shift to some other place. Most of the IT Engineers want to relocate to native but since they don't have infrastructure they can't move. If government can provide infra (Small IT Park) at every district from where IT Engineers can work, most will opt that and we can reduce city congestion. Also it will benefit rural economy.

We need a Metrics Based disposal of Public Grievance redressal mechanisms. Let the Grievance be shared via Social Media platform, Online, IVR or via a call centre. All public grievances must have an ID number which can be tracked to completion along with the details of the associated Employee allocated to address the grievance. This way we can know the ETA for completion and also who needs to be accountable. High time, that the tax paying public get their due rights.
