About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

The grievances are not properly considered Some specify as policy matter and no action taken not forward to policy making authorities Some specify as individual grievances and no action taken collection of individual grievances is public grievances Some send to state authorities for action No action taken not at all considered They have their own agenda and they push on us instead of going through and find solution Feed back not considered

A commercial center should be established in every state where all the major items related to all the states can be easily bought and sold. With this, the Government of India should now take care of a country where the value of Indian currency is more than the dollar. The government should export it's country's goods to that country.

हर राज्य में एक व्यवसायिक केंद्र की स्थापित किया जाना चाहिए जहां सभी राज्यों से सम्बंधित सभी प्रमुख वस्तुओं की खरीद बिक्री आसानी से की जा सके। इसके साथ ही भारत सरकार को अब वैसे देश के तरह धयान देना चाहिए जहां भारतीय मुद्रा की कीमत डॉलर से भी अधिक है। सरकार वैसे देश में अपने देश के वस्तुओं का निर्यात करे।

मेरी टिप्पणी है कि सब सरकारी कर्मचारियों का तीन महीने में ब्योरा मांगा जए और जनता से फिडबेक लेना चाहिए कि वह सही काम कर रहा है और तीन महीने में एक परिक्षा लेनी चाहिए रोजगार manegment होना चाहिए हर सरकारी जगह पर cctvहोनी चाहिए pan card के आधार पर आय प्रमाण पत्र और bank के आधार पर राशन कार्ड बनाए जा ऐ

नये भारत के निर्माण में सरकार को वैसे सभी नागरिकों को व्यापार का अवसर देना चाहिए जो सरकारी नौकरी या प्राइवेट नौकरी में अपनी सेवा दे रहे हैं। अभी यह नियम है की जो व्यक्ति किसी भी जगह कार्य कर रहा है तो वो अपने नाम से कोई अन्य बिज़नेस नहीं कर सकता। कुछ लोग तो अपनी पत्नी के नाम से व्यवसाय कर लेते हैं लेकिन,कुछ लोग पारिवारिक या तकनिकी कारणों से ऐसा नहीं कर पाते हैं। सरकार को चाहिए की नियमों में छूट दे कर सेवाकाल में भी कोई समय बचा कर व्यवसाय करना चाहता है तो उन्हें यह कानून अधिकार दिया जाना चाहिए।

PM Sir, please try to see that I have send so many mail through CPGRAMS Portal and write to PM regarding Permission to Appointment with PM last Four years but no reply has given to me still today. I request PM Sir please see the matter. Why you have given CPGRAMS Portal ?

first of all I am from India we know that pollution is much in Delhi so I share a idea that can we make a A.C which has two containers that a normal A.c have one container which spread hot air carbon dioxide so we make A.c which has vacum which take carbon dioxide from the surrounding the A.C take carbon dioxide then it give cool air then throw out oxygen so think about it the pollution come to low and we get fresh air thanks

3. Flagging false and vested issues- To deter people from harrasing agencies and killing valuable time of governance flagging or spamming remarks or option need to be shown publically. Recurrences of such behaviour should have limitations of submission or completely barring person from such activiries.
