know the right way to rule.if people are told about the right information, then the problem can be fixed to a great extent. whatever the rules have been made,.if they are told properly in front of people, then problems can be solved. then no matter what the rules are,it is very important for the people to reach the darkness only then the solution of any problem can be found correctly.

The proper time limit of solving a problem must be set so that the problem could be fixed as soon as possible and it must not more than 10 days. Advertise of this portal should be done in remote aras and in populated places too. The applicant should receive a confirmation message or email after the solution of the problem to insure whether he is satisfied or not. The problem s should be assessed properly. The above mentioned changes should be made to insure qualitiful government

Even after taking action on corrupt officials and corrupt politicians looting did not stop. The system seems made in such a way that culprit get bail easily and freely roam . The person from loot was made helplessly sit down. there is no full proof system to keep looters get afraid Even now corporators, local municipalities authorities snatch money from owner before construction of house telling OPENLY. Muslim country law only can keep political parties from looting common citizens.

Corruption at lower level administration and public offices has increased multifold over the last few years, due to this regardless of any Complaint coming top down nothing works at the last end.Police Administration, Judiciary and Municipal bodies are the most unaccountable !

Sir, the system is web based and its accessibility may not be available due to lack of internet or device. We need to make it available for the weakest link in the system. It needs to be made available at panchayat level. If required centers need to be created just like centers of Adhaar or same center can be utilised by citizens to make complaints and follow there disposal. Voice based Kiosk machines can be setup in railway, bus stations, Post office, banks, health center and courts.

Pls check whether the persons / teams receiving the Grievances are technically competent and sensitive enough to address and resolve. I have been sending points and in few cases the feedback is " Meaningless suggestion". I will share some of them here on this platform. If Govt donot intend to resolve than should not just market themselves as Robin Hood. If Intend is positive - Pls do screening of the Team receiving grievance and out source if required.
