The status of the complaint and its disposal gets instantly communicated to the complainant, so that he or she can see the action being taken and give the necessary feedback. Although disposal of complaints has to be done at the field level, the project provides a mechanism to monitor

All the public grievance must be solved first of all. All the subsidies given by government must directly reach the people without any intermediate. Total amount must be given without any bribe. PM plans must reach all the people including how to apply and the age group that comes under. All should be solved without any delay. Each and everyone must take the responsibility to make the nation a better one.

The government, both at the center and the state, share the concern for ensuring responsive, accountable, transparent, decentralized and people friendly administration at all levels. There is, however, considerable frustration and dissatisfaction amongst the people, especially the weaker section of society, about the apathy, irresponsiveness and lack of accountability of public servants, even as the expenditure on staff continues to increase.

sir In every house that are not useful and not can be given to anyone. So some people throw them in dustbin and other places. It raise pollution if these are burnt with garbage. I think g overnment should made an arrangement to collect them from houses and recycle them or reuse them to make carpets that can be distribute to needed people

Government staffs responsible to handle public grievances listed are limited and often they are unable to handle the grievance. All government staffs like Ward staff, Mukhiya, Sarpanch, block CEO, BDO, District collector, School college, teacher and professors, CEO of a company etc. should have accounts on social networks. They along with the educated & intellectuals in public should be allowed to handle the grievance. Timely reply, suggestions and remedies helps in problem solving.
