Respected Sir, There are many torn and old clothes, badsheets, curtains, cushion cover etc. In every house that are not useful and not can be given to anyone. So some people throw them in dustbin and other places. It raise pollution if these are burnt with garbage. I think g overnment should made an arrangement to collect them from houses and recycle them or reuse them to make carpets that can be distribute to needed people

Govt should also use this Platform For Grievances IT HAS WITH PUBLIC - ASK REVERSE QUESTIONS WITH PUBLIC ? Like Have you : Complete your education ?vote ? Practiced Honesty or are part of Corruption (Time OR Money) ? Respected Other Religions as well ? Felt to be part of 1.3 Bl Patriot team or the part of Crowd? Worked for society and Social Cause ? These reverse QUESTIONNAIRES MAY HELP REDUCING GRIEVANCES AND help ALL. Can't always blame Any Political Parties - THEY ARE OUR MIRROR

The Grievances should be sorted & grouped basis different words "Through Computer software Algorithm". Analyse buckets on A,B,C category basis and Through IT System only - send to concerned dept for resolution. Also analyse reasons for origin and take preventive measures. Also see which deptt or officials have max issues- take actions. Sensitiveness of the Govt SERVANTS / Officials is equally important - they are on Govt payroll but salaries are given by us. Nothing is for Granted

Pranams sir.PM's innovative plan CPGRAMS started for make the people for happy living without fear. If possible,PM should ask the complainant randomly about the solvation of grievances. Just people are thinking that CPGRAMS team just forwarding the grievances to the concern departments. They don't know whether it is solved or not. Feedback of beneficiaries should be posted in NAMO for making hope about CPGRAMS. The success of this program is in the hands of officials also. Bharat Mata ki jai.

The portal is being maintained very nicely.. The main problm is you are just forwarding the complaint to the concerned department and feeling that the grievance is settled.. So there should be a system whether the problem is solved or not ,by the department, regular follow up .. After satisfaction from the complainant then the grievance is to be closed
